Yes or No Tarot collects the information needed to provide tarot readings, process payments, manage enhanced AI reading packages, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Information We Collect

We may collect your email address, login profile information, payment identifiers from Stripe, order records, enhanced reading activity, claim-link activity, session records, and AI reading prompts and outputs.

Service Providers and Processing Locations

We use service providers such as Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for hosting, security, and data storage, and AI providers for Enhanced AI Reading generation. These providers may process data in locations outside Hong Kong, including through global infrastructure.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, CVC values, or raw payment method details. Stripe may provide us with payment status, customer email, billing country, refund, dispute, and invoice metadata.

Enhanced AI Readings

Enhanced AI reading requests may be sent to an AI provider for generation. We store the prompt, selected card information, generated output, model metadata, and reading usage so you can access history and so we can audit costs and support issues.

Cookies and Sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies for checkout status, account sessions, claim sessions, security, and abuse prevention. These cookies are required for the service to function.

Your Choices

You can request export or deletion of account data. Deletion may anonymize records we need to keep for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting reasons. AI reading output is removed or anonymized when an account deletion request is completed.
