Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Yes or No Tarot, including free readings, enhanced AI readings, account features, claim links, and paid reading packages.

Entertainment Use

Tarot readings and enhanced AI interpretations are for entertainment, journaling, and self-reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. They do not promise any real-world outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to purchase Enhanced AI Readings.

Payments and Reading Packages

Paid reading packages unlock Enhanced AI Readings. Prices, currency, included reading quantity, and supported payment methods are shown by Stripe Checkout before payment. Enhanced readings are granted only after Stripe confirms successful payment through our server-side webhook. Reading packages are not stored value, cash balances, prepaid cards, gift cards, or transferable balances.

Immediate Digital Access

Enhanced AI Readings are digital content. By purchasing and using a reading package, you ask us to begin digital delivery immediately after payment confirmation. Once a reading has been generated and delivered, that used reading is generally not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Supported Countries

Version 1 paid checkout is available only in the countries shown by Stripe Checkout. EU and UK paid sales are not offered in this version while tax and digital-content withdrawal requirements are being prepared.

Guest Purchases and Claim Links

You may purchase enhanced readings with an email address before signing in when guest checkout is available. Claim links are sent to the checkout email address and may be reissued according to abuse-prevention limits. Reading packages can be associated with an account after claim or login.

Refunds and Expiration

Unused paid enhanced readings may be refunded within seven days of payment unless local law requires otherwise. Generated or used readings are not refundable. Reading packages expire one year after payment. Refunds, disputes, fraud reviews, or payment reversals may reduce or remove unused enhanced readings.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your email account and login session secure. We may revoke sessions, suspend access, or disable features when needed to prevent abuse, fraud, security incidents, or legal risk.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but features may be delayed, disabled, rate-limited, or unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, fraud review, or abuse prevention.
