Yes or No Tarot provides AI-generated tarot interpretations as digital content for entertainment, journaling, and self-reflection.

Digital Content

Once an Enhanced AI Reading has been generated and delivered, that used reading is generally non-refundable. Unused enhanced readings in a paid package may be eligible for review within seven days of payment unless local law requires otherwise. Paid checkout is limited by Stripe Checkout country settings; EU/UK paid sales are not offered in version 1.

When To Contact Us

If you were charged by mistake, experienced a technical issue, did not receive your reading, or believe a payment was not authorized, contact us within seven days at support@yesornotarot.me. Include the checkout email address and, if available, the Stripe receipt or order reference.

Review Process

We review refund requests case by case. If a refund is approved, unused enhanced readings connected to the refunded payment may be removed from the account or claim session. Refund timing depends on Stripe and the payment method used.
